new message from r2d2....tupac style!

lolgasm - oh NSFW viewer discretion advised...

cat alarm-clock...deeply annoying or oh-so decide!

My cat Boo has the terrible habit of messing with the door stop to wake us up early in the morning. He doesn't do it because he's hungry, he does it because he feels lonely. When he flicks the door stop it scares the crap out of us and we wake up right away.

so how does a blind person use the iphone then??

tupac the hologram at coachella sunday with snoop & hip-hop's glitterati NSFW viewer discretion advised!!
From Hollywood Reporter Dot Com: They don’t call him the Doggfather for nothing. Who else can command such high caliber guests as Dr. Dre, Eminem, 50 Cent, Wiz Khalifa and… Tupac Shakur?
That’s right, Snoop Dogg’s Sunday night Coachella closer was a monster of a set that featured many of hip-hop’s greatest hits and its biggest stars, one of whom died more than 15 years ago. Tupac arrived via hologram, seamlessly -- and amazingly -- joining Snoop on “2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted” and performing "Hail Mary."
The late rapper was one of more than a handful of hip-hop luminaries that whipped the crowd into a frenzy from kick-off at 10:35 p.m. to just before midnight. Snoop and Dre were billed from the get-go, and Eminem was expected but throughout the 90-minute set, the names kept on coming. From Tony Yayo to Warren G and Kurupt to 50 Cent, who delivered his hit “In Da Club.” He followed Wiz Khalifa, who arrived to light up the stage with Snoop on their radio smash, “Young, Wild & Free,” while Eminem helped out with “Forgot About Dre,” “I Need a Doctor” and his own “Till I Collapse.”
But the highlight was the spirit of Shakur, who greeted the crowd with a “what up, Coachella!” Bare-chested, buff and rocking what looked like a pair of acid-washed jeans circa 1995, the hologram set Twitter on fire, as hundreds of Coachella attendees along with many thousands more watching a live feed on YouTube, tweeted in awe and disbelief.
Among the comments registered in the moments after: “i can't even begin to imagine what this Tupac hologram is doing to all the people at Coachell that have been on acid for 3 days straight,” wrote @JordanETID
Tweeted @KirillWasHere: "Next year Coachella should just have a HOLOGRAM TENT featuring all the acts that we wish we got to see live...," while @Swagstro offered this thought: "I wonder how many rappers retired from seeing the Tupac hologram on COACHELLA."
Still, some in the crowd found it unsettling. "Was completely freaked out by the Tupac hologram and I'm fairly certain I was one of five people out of 100,000 not on drugs," tweeted @molly_knight.
After Dr. Dre was lowered into the stage as his final bow, eccentric‏ artist @HarMarSuperstar cracked, "Dre and Snoop just got lowered into cryogenic freezing chambers. They'll perform again at Coachella 2025."
In no time, Tupac, Pac, hologram and "Hail Mary" were trending in addition to #snoopndre and Coachella.
A repeat is likely in store for next weekend as the Coachella festival returns to Indio’s Empire Polo Field with three more days of music and identical acts.
As the song goes, “California, knows how to party.”

cork's world-famous country relish goes literally out-of-this-world!

Many weeks of careful planning came together and made the Ballymaloe space project not only a reality but a great success. The launch took place on Saturday the 24th of March 2012 just outside of Mallow. We tracked the progress to an altitude of 5400 feet where we then lost contact. 2 hours later we received our first location 2 miles off the coast of Youghal. This seemed to be the end of the project as a water landing was our worst fear, Luck sided with us and lower atmospheric winds carried the unit inland where it touched down in a stubble field.
We achieved a maximum altitude of 96,500 feet at which point the jar and its contents were completely frozen as can be seen throughout the video. The low temperatures caused the camera equipment to fail upon its decent but luckily the GPS unit kept running and allowed continued tracking.
Our team was made up of the following.
Alex Musgrave- Producer and cinematographer
Billy Cummings- Editor and motion graphics
Eoin Devlin- Animator
Irial Kennedy- Head of design and engineering
Aisling Ryan- Musician

This Project was only made possible with the input of each of these individuals and their dedication of time.
and of course a big thanks Ballymaloe for allowing us to take on this daring project.
We hope all who see these amazing images enjoy them as much as we do. It truly was a great achievement for all involved.

For any further information on this project please contact us

now that's what i call an oops moment! borat spoof anthem played for kazak gold-medal winner

Sacha Baron Cohen's spoof 'Kazakh national anthem' from his 2006 film Borat is played at a shooting competition in Kuwait Link to this video
Kazakhstan's shooting team was taken by surprise when a spoof national anthem from the film Borat was used at a medal ceremony in Kuwait.
The team demanded an apology after Maria Dmitrienko was played the obscene song, which features lyrics about prostitutes and potassium exports, as she received her gold medal.
A video posted on YouTube shows Dmitrienko on the podium, her hand on her heart, looking perplexed as the song begins to play. She appears to see the funny side and is smiling by the end.
The blunder apparently occurred after the event's organisers downloaded the parody from the internet by mistake. They also got the Serbian anthem wrong.
An apology was issued and the ceremony staged again.
The spoof song was taken from Sacha Baron Cohen's 2006 film, "Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan", in which Kazakhs are portrayed as inbred racists.
It includes the lines: "Kazakhstan's prostitutes cleanest in the region/Except of course Turkmenistan's."
The incident was the second in the space of a few weeks involving a slip-up over Kazakhstan's anthem at a sporting event.
Earlier this month, stunned officials opening a ski event in northern Kazakhstan were blasted with a few bars of Ricky Martin's Livin' la Vida Loca instead of the national tune.
