VIRAL VIDEO OF THE DAY - FANCY A TOUR INSIDE A 40-FT COLON?

Shoppers at the Eastland Mall have been invited to take a tour of 'Coco the Colossal Colon', a 40ft-long inflatable colon as part of Celebrating Colorectal Caner Awareness Month in America. Coco the Colossal Colon is a forty-foot long inflatable replica of the human colon designed to spread awareness about various conditions. There are also viewing portals along the side of the colon so that other less adventurous visitors can watch as people crawl through the colon. Doctors are on hand to answer any questions visitors may have about diseases and the colon. “I know we have a higher prevalence of colorectal cancer than other areas for reasons we still don’t understand,” Dr. Santiago Arruffat told the Courier Press. 'We’re trying to reach everybody,' said Stephanie Fifer, of the Ohio Valley Colon & Rectal Surgeons staff. 'It’s not just a disease that older men get, which is what a lot of people assume.' 'Doctors feel that having a diet high in fiber helps because it keeps you more regular,' 'It’s just a good way to promote colorectal cancer awareness,'
